Verbal Judo
102: Professional Communication Skills Instructor
The Verbal Judo Institute is extremely excited to announce the development of the Professional Communication Skills Instructor Certification Program that is referred to as Verbal Judo 102 because it provides the tactical sequel to the initial Verbal Judo Instructor Certification Program.
All participants must have completed the basic Verbal Judo® Instructor Certification Program prior to attending this instructor program. Since the Professional Communication Skills Program tactics builds upon the concepts developed in the Verbal Judo® Course developed by George J. Thompson, Ph.D., this only makes sense.
In addition, Dr. Thompson recognizes the Verbal Judo 102 Program as fulfilling the Verbal Judo instructor recertification requirement. This is a huge benefit for instructors who need recertification in the basic Verbal Judo Instructor Program.
The Professional Communication Skills (PCS) Training Instructor Program is a forty hour Tactical Communications training program designed for police, corrections, military & security personnel, and mental health professionals,. The PCS Program deals with developing effective communication tactics for dealing with your public, your clientele, and your fellow staff members to include supervisors, peers, and subordinates, as well as other professionals. It will build upon the Professional, Tactical Communications Theory, and SAFER 8 to 5 and LEAPS Concepts developed in the initial Verbal Judo Program. It may be used for either pre-service or
in-service training and be taught in its entirety or in a modular format:
Material / Topics that will be covered are

Instructors who successfully complete the class will be given the instructional material necessary to conduct PCS Training Programs to include lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations, and all related handout material.
